What sparked your interest in winemaking?
I find the entire winemaking process so interesting. Each step is essential to the final quality of the wine.
Tell us about your favorite winemaking memory?
Creating wine is really fun and memorable! The best part for me is crushing the grapes and seeing the grapes come off the stem in the machinery.
